Welcome to my "Danish" kitchen!

I have moved again! This time from New York I have landed in the Viking Land of Denmark. A new exciting adventure is starting, especially in my kitchen. I am sure I am going to try new recipes full of fresh, organic ingredients. I am looking forward to find foods that I haven't used yet in my kitchen, different varieties of vegetables, tubers and fishes. I am going to have fun! I am in full exploration-mode and I have already found a nice Farmer Market, a real Fish shop and a good Butcher. "Velkommen" to my Danish adventure! Here is my new kitchen!
